Shipping and payment

The following terms and conditions apply:

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays or German public holidays.

Canary Islands: Select Spain as shipping country and add the island name in brackets behind the city name. "City (Island)"

The products are delivered all over the world.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping fee of 4,60 € per order.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:

- up to 500g 8,90€ via Deutsche Post International Einschreiben (with tracking number)
- DHL Parcel EU (13,40€)
- DHL Parcel Express (USA: 39,90€, Australia:48€)

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2-5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5-14 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

The minimum order value is: 15 €.

Charges & Taxes

Countries where our prices are including VAT: EU (Exceptions apply to the Canary Islands), Switzerland, Norway, UK (VAT included for orders not exceeding 135 GBP), Australia (VAT included for orders not exceeding 1.000 AUD).

Countries where our prices are excluding VAT: All other countries.

For countries outside the EU, customs duties and possibly other fees as well as costs of the transport companies in connection with customs may apply.
